介绍了基于LabJack U12数据采集卡和LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件平台的矿井容器滚轮发电装置振动信号采集与处理系统的设计,详细阐述了该测试系统硬件平台的搭建程序和软件结构的设计方法。系统采用模块化的结构设计,其中集成的数据处理子VI可以对信号进行从时域到频域的多角度、多层次的分析。该系统结构简单、携带方便、操作简单、可扩展性及可移植性强的特点也使其可以胜任其他的工业领域和教学科研的测试工作。
This paper introduces the design of vibration signal acquisition and processing system for mine container roller power plant based on LabJack U12 data acquisition card and LabVIEW virtual instrument software platform. It also expatiates on the construction procedure and design method of software structure for the hardware platform of this test system. The system uses a modular structure design, including integrated data processing sub-VI signal from the time domain to the multi-angle, multi-level analysis. The system has the advantages of simple structure, convenient portability, simple operation, scalability and portability, which also makes it capable of testing in other industrial fields and teaching and research.
