食品安全与每个人的生活都息息相关,但是近些年来,我国的食品安全现状不容乐观。被媒体曝光的多起恶性食品安全事件都引起了人们持续的高度关注,食品安全问题广受社会各界的重视。2013年,在食品安全监管的大部制改革后的第一个食品安全周就把“社会共治”作为宣传主题的一部分。2015年4月24日全国人民代表大会常务委员会通过的新《中华人民共和国食品安全法》中明确将“社会共治”作为食品安全工作的一项基本原则规定在第三条之中。本文认为针对当前我国的食品安全现状,社会共治原则的提出是十分必要的。
Food safety and everyone’s life are closely related, but in recent years, the status quo of food safety in our country is not optimistic. Many media-exposed malnourished food safety incidents have aroused people’s continued high degree of concern. Food safety is widely regarded by all circles of society. In 2013, the first “Social Security Week” after the major part of the food safety regulatory reform introduced “social co-governance” as part of its advocacy theme. On April 24, 2015, the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress passed the new “Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China” explicitly stipulating “social co-governance” as a basic principle of food safety work in Article 3. This paper argues that for the current status of food safety in China, the principle of social co-governance is very necessary.
