由大连组合机床研究所、长沙机床厂、天津电气传动设计研究所联合设计制造了一条以无触点逻辑元件控制的后桥主减速器壳组合机床加工自动线。经我厂安装、调试、生产表明,该线能够保证工件达到较高的加工精度,工作基本可靠。但是该线目前尚存一些问题,有待今后继续加以解决,使其逐步完善,提高,以适应二汽大量生产的需要。
By the Dalian Institute of Machine Tool, Changsha Machine Tool Works, Tianjin Institute of Electric Drives Design jointly design and manufacture of a non-contact logic control of the rear axle final reducer shell machine tool automatic processing lines. After I plant installation, commissioning, production shows that the line to ensure that the workpiece to achieve higher processing accuracy, basic and reliable work. However, there are still some problems existing in the line and need to be solved in the future so that it can be gradually improved and upgraded so as to meet the needs of mass production of FAW.
