在省电大部署下,万县分校采用问题选答、设问简答共37个项目,对八二届到八七届1250名毕业生进行了追踪调查。巳回收的592份答卷表明,电大毕业生政治思想素质和科学文化素质普遍提高,改革开创精神和业务工作能力明显增强,正在各自岗位上发挥积极作用。 从思想修养和政治素质上看,在工作中改革进取精神增强的有85人,占14％;责任心事业心增强的有200人,占34％;工作自信心增强的有164人,占29％;道德法制观念和涵养协作能力增强的109人,占19％。思想素质提高,政治上有所进步,毕业前后加入共产党的有98人,占17％。
