法西斯国家组成的轴心同盟缺乏足够的共同利益作为坚实的联盟基础,内部存在大量不可调和的利益矛盾,导致其在行动上相互掣肘,从而造成战略合作的失败。轴心同盟关系中存在的问题对第二次世界大战有着相当重要的影响,是一个值得思考的国家战略合作失败的案例。
Axis-alliance formed by Fascist countries lacks sufficient common interests as a solid foundation for alliances, and there are numerous irreconcilable conflicts of interest within them, leading to mutual restraint in their operations, thus resulting in the failure of strategic cooperation. The problems existing in the axis-alliance relationship have a quite significant impact on the Second World War and are a worthwhile example of the failure of the state’s strategic cooperation.
