目的:探讨来曲唑在多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕患者中的促排卵以及对患者子宫内膜的影响。方法:选取2015年1月1日-12月30日在绍兴市柯桥区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心接受治疗的多囊卵巢综合征患者182例,采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各91例,观察组患者给予来曲唑治疗,对照组患者给予氯米芬治疗,观察两组患者疗后排卵率、妊娠率情况以及子宫内膜改善情况,同时比较两组患者治疗后激素水平变化。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的排卵率76.40%高于对照组患者50.56%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的周期妊娠率50.56%高于对照组患者33.71%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的成熟卵细胞数目(1.27±0.32个)低于对照组(1.89±0.23个),两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的HCG日子宫内膜厚度以及HCG日子宫颈黏液评分为8.78±1.56mm和11.87±3.26分,显著高于对照组的6.45±1.89mm和8.12±2.60分,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后周期第8天,观察组患者的E2表达水平显著低于对照组患者,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的A表达水平显著高于对照组患者,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);HCG日观察组患者的LH显著高于对照组患者,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);并且观察组患者的E2表达水平显著低于对照组患者,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:给予多囊卵巢综合征患者来曲唑治疗,具有促进患者排卵的作用,同时对患者子宫内膜影响小,效果显著。
Objective: To investigate the effect of letrozole on ovulation induction and endometrium in patients with infertility induced by polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods: A total of 182 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in the Maternal and Child Health Care Family Planning Service Center, Keqiao District, Shaoxing City from January 1, 2015 to December 30, 2015 were selected. The patients were divided into observation group In the control group, 91 patients in each group were treated with letrozole in the observation group and clomiphene in the control group. Ovulation rate, pregnancy rate and endometrium were observed after treatment in both groups. Hormone levels change after treatment. Results: After treatment, the ovulation rate in the observation group was 76.40% higher than that in the control group (50.56%), the difference was significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the pregnancy rate in the observation group was 50.56% higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the number of mature oocytes in the observation group (1.27 ± 0.32) was lower than that in the control group (1.89 ± 0.23), the difference was significant (P <0.05) ; After treatment, the HCG endometrial thickness and cervical mucus score on the HCG day in the observation group were 8.78 ± 1.56mm and 11.87 ± 3.26, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (6.45 ± 1.89mm and 8.12 ± 2.60), respectively (P <0.05). Conclusion: Letrozole treatment in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome has the effect of promoting ovulation in patients with little effect on the endometrium of patients with significant effect.
