目的针对长垣县2016年的病媒生物基本情况进行分析,了解病媒生物的防控措施,为日后的病媒生物防控工作奠定基础。方法对2016年长垣县各区域实施蚊、鼠、蝇、蟑等病媒生物的动态监测结果、基本情况、病媒生物侵害情况、工作人员收集病媒生物种类、数量进行回顾性分析。且在实际防控工作中通过夹夜法计算鼠密度、通过粘捕法计算蟑密度、通过笼诱法计算蝇密度以及通过灯诱法计算蚊密度。并与2015年情况进行对比。结果 2016年长垣县病媒生物调查结果显示共有3属3种蚊类,密度为6.3只/(灯·h),其活动高峰期在每年的7-9月,淡色库蚊以占总捕捉数量的62.12%成为优势蚊种,多活动于牲畜棚圈中;3属4种蝇类,密度为0.68只/笼,其活动高峰期在每年的8-9月,棕尾别麻蝇以占总捕捉数量的44.15%成为优势蝇种,多活动于绿化带附近;2属4种鼠类,密度为0.66%,其活动高峰期为全年,黄胸鼠以占总捕捉数量的63.21%成为优势鼠种,多活动于居民区;2属3种蟑类,密度为0.045只/张,其活动高峰期在每年的8-9月,德国小蠊蟑以占总捕捉数量的90.24%成为优势蟑种,多活动于农贸市场内及周边。2016年病媒生物总数量相比2015年有显著下降。蝇类、蟑类数量有所下降(P<0.05),蚊类数量有所下降(P>0.05),鼠类数量上涨(P>0.05)。结论2016年长垣县经过防控措施的实施使得县区内的病媒生物密度有显著下降,尤其是蝇、蚊类密度相比标准依旧较高,虽然蟑类、蚊类、蝇类数量有所下降,但是蟑类侵害范围有增大趋势,因此依旧需要加大防控力度,通过综合防控措施减少病媒生物对长垣县造成的不良影响。
Objective To analyze the basic situation of vector organisms in Changyuan County in 2016, understand the vector control measures, and lay the foundation for future vector control. The peak of its activity was from July to September every year. Culex pipiens pallens 62.12% of the population became the dominant mosquito species, and most of them lived in livestock sheds. There were 3 genera and 4 species of flies with a density of 0.68 per cage. The peak of their activity was in August and September each year, 44.15% of the population became the predominant fly species, and most of them lived near the green belt. The 4 genera of 2 genera had a density of 0.66% and their peak activities were all year round. Rattus flavipectus occupied 63.21% of the total catches, 2 species are 3 kinds of cockroaches, the density of 0.045 / Zhang, the peak of its activity in each year from August to September, the cockroaches of German cockroaches accounted for 90.24% of the total number of catches become dominant cockroaches , More activities in the farmers market and the surrounding. The total number of vector organisms in 2016 has dropped significantly from 2015. Conclusion The implementation of prevention and control measures in Changyuan County in 2016 led to a significant decrease in vector density in the counties, especially for flies and mosquitoes.
