一、前言: 铁路与公路,在现代化的都市或交通枢纽中,多是形成立交或平行,火车和汽车的运行噪声、鸣笛噪声往往是同时或交替发生,对线路所经地区造成严重干扰。例如襄樊、郑州、武汉等铁路枢纽地区,铁路、公路纵横交错。由于历史原因,造成布局规划欠合理,沿线敏感点较多,受噪声影响严重。而铁路和公路不论是基建或管理,各属不同的主管部门,因此,在噪声环境影响评价中的防治措施
