The phenomenon of drunk driving in Thailand is very serious, resulting in frequent traffic accidents in Thailand. According to statistics, more than 2 people are killed and 160 injured every hour. The number of accidental deaths each year due to traffic accidents is still on the rise. In order to stop the drunk driving behavior of drivers, Thailand’s transport department has formulated many measures such as fines, revocation of driving licenses, detention and so on.
