概述分离的目的是解决定量测定在选择性和灵敏度两方面的不足。分离的要求是使被测组份与干扰成份分离,要达到: 1.干扰成份减少至不干扰的程度; 2.被测组份在分离过程中尽量不损失。通常用回收率来表示,例如某元素A经分离后的回收率可表示为R_A=Q_A/(Q_A)_O,式中Q_A为被分离出来的元素A的量,(Q_A)。
Overview The purpose of separation is to address the limitations of both quantitative and sensitivity measures. The requirement of separation is to separate the tested components from the interfering components, so as to achieve: 1. The interference components are reduced to a non-interfering level; 2. The tested components are not lost as much as possible during the separation. It is usually expressed as the recovery rate. For example, the recovery rate of an element A after separation can be expressed as R_A = Q_A / (Q_A) _O, where Q_A is the amount of element A separated, (Q_A).
