一、概况 某厂从国外引进的管式聚乙烯反应器,该设备的操作压力为2800kgf/cm~2,设计压力是3000kgf/cm~2。止逆阀是压缩机上承受高压的部件,锥形垫则是止逆阀中最易损坏的零件之一。当锥形垫失效时,高压油就会外泄,造成整条生产线停工。从更换锥形垫到整条生产线恢复正常运行,将损失三个多小时的工作时间,造成很大的经济损失,因此,锥形垫的寿命是整条生产线安全运行的关键。由国外进口的锥形垫寿命为一年左右,但是,国产锥形垫的寿命则大大低于这个水
