过滤净化对ZA-27合金组织和性能的影响

研究了过滤净化对ZA-27合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,过滤净化可使ZA-27合金的晶粒细化、并能消除大量夹杂物、显微缩孔等缺陷,使ZA-27合金的力学性能显著提高。过滤净化还可以强化细化剂对ZA-27合金的细化效果。

The effect of filtration and purification on the microstructure and properties of ZA-27 alloy was studied. The results show that filtration and purification can make grain refinement of ZA-27 alloy, and can eliminate a large number of inclusions, microscopic shrinkage and other defects, the mechanical properties of ZA-27 alloy significantly improved. Filtration purification can also enhance the refinement of ZA-27 alloy refining effect.
