回归热型结节性非化脓性脂膜炎是一种全身性脂肪组织的炎症性疾病。临床上并不多见,本病从1892年Pfeiffer第一次报道,距今100年,病因仍不清楚。至1973年综合世界文献已有150例,而我国至1982年止仅有63例报道。因临床表现多样,容易误诊,现综合国内收集到的84例以及本文收治2例,共86例,结合文献复习作一临床分析。病例报告例1,女,19岁,工人,住院号185949,因反复全身出现皮下硬结15个月,于1989年8月24日入院。皮下硬结初起时表面不红,有触痛,硬结消散后
Regression thermal nodular non-suppurative panniculitis is an inflammatory disease of systemic adipose tissue. Clinically rare, the disease was first reported from Pfeiffer in 1892, 100 years ago, the cause is still not clear. By 1973, there were 150 cases of comprehensive world literature, while in our country only 63 cases were reported by 1982. Because of clinical manifestations, easy to misdiagnosis, is now integrated 84 cases collected in this paper and 2 cases were treated in this study, a total of 86 cases, combined with the literature review for a clinical analysis. Case report 1, female, 19 years old, worker, hospital number 185949, because of repeated systemic subcutaneous sclerosis 15 months, was admitted on August 24, 1989.
