天津市东亚毛麻纺织厂是一个大型企业,生产绒线、毛衣、麻袋、麻绫纱、毛条、毛纱等产品,种类繁多,税率复杂。但是,他们从1954年合营以来,对纳税工作一贯重视,与财政专管员密切协作,始终如一地作到及时、准确,差错不出门、不出月,持久地巩固了纳税“三无”(无错、无漏、无欠)。尤其是自1968年第四季度与财政局共同编制纳税计划以后,连续三十四个月完成纳税计划,作到月月超、季季红。因而几年来都被评为纳税交利工作先进单位。经我们调查访问,认为该厂在纳税工作上有以下几个突出的特点:
Tianjin Dongya Mama Textile Factory is a large-scale enterprise producing a variety of products such as cashmere sweaters, sacks, Ma Aya yarns, wool tops and wool yarns. The tax rate is complex. However, since their joint venture in 1954, they have always attached importance to tax payment work and worked closely with financial specialists to consistently and promptly, accurately and error-proofly. They did not go out without a month and consolidated their taxpayers’ "(No wrong, no leakage, no owe). In particular, since the fourth quarter of 1968 and the Finance Bureau co-compiled the tax plan, the tax plan for thirty-four consecutive months to complete, to the moon, the season quarter red.
