目前,肿瘤已经严重威胁着人类生命健康与生活,肿瘤主要是通过细胞的癌变与分裂方式蔓延扩散。生物体中起到重要遗传因素就是DNA,其作为基因表达的基础,在各种遗传信息中具有重要的作用,如遗传信息的复制、储存和传递。现在很多的研究表明,小分子金属配合物与DNA是有显著的作用,本论文采用紫外可见分光光谱来探讨吴茱萸碱及其铜(Ⅱ)配合物与大分子DNA的相互作用。实验结果表明,在DNA存在的条件下,配合物的紫外光谱线产生了显著的减色效应现象,阐明配合物与DNA发生了显著的作用。
At present, the tumors have seriously threatened the health and life of human beings. The tumors mainly spread and diffuse through the way of canceration and division of cells. An important genetic element in organisms is DNA, which serves as a basis for gene expression and plays an important role in various genetic informations, such as the replication, storage and delivery of genetic information. Nowadays, many studies have shown that small metal complexes have a significant effect on DNA. In this thesis, the interaction between evodiamine and copper (Ⅱ) complexes and DNA was investigated by UV-Vis spectroscopy. The experimental results show that under the condition of DNA, the UV spectrum of the complex has a significant effect of reducing color, indicating that the complex and DNA have a significant role.
