Safety education and training is an important part of safety management. It is a basic project that provides intellectual support for safety work. In order to make educational training play its due role in safety work, the author thinks that “four characteristics” should be enhanced: scientific arrangement and planning. A well-thought out plan is one of the conditions for achieving the intended purpose.
