光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)对多种疾病包括肿瘤、微生物感染等具有良好的治疗效果。PDT最重要的三个要素是:光敏剂、光源、氧。PDT主要是通过光敏剂在光照后产生光毒性,从而杀死相应的肿瘤细胞或者微生物。目前光敏剂的缺点主要是其疏水性,从而会在水相中聚集,并且有较低的肿瘤选择性。纳米光敏剂与传统的光敏剂相比,有疗效更高,亲水性、生物利用度、靶向性更强等优点。本文主要介绍纳米光敏剂靶向作用于消化道肿瘤的研究和新进展。
Photodynamic therapy (PDT) has a good therapeutic effect on various diseases including tumors, microbial infections and the like. The three most important elements of PDT are: photosensitizer, light source, oxygen. PDT is mainly through the photosensitizer in the light after phototoxicity, thereby killing the corresponding tumor cells or microorganisms. At present, the disadvantages of photosensitizers are mainly their hydrophobicity, which will accumulate in the aqueous phase and lower tumor selectivity. Compared with the traditional photosensitizers, the photosensitizers have the advantages of higher efficacy, hydrophilicity, bioavailability and more targeted properties. This article mainly introduces the research and new progress of nano-photosensitizer targeting on gastrointestinal tumors.
