不同的碳当量对缸套金相组织、机械性能会造成不同的影响。作者根据所在厂离心浇注缸套的工艺条件,初步探索了碳当量对产品质量的影响,并提出了一个稳定产品质量的较为合理的碳当量。
Different carbon equivalent of the cylinder liner microstructure, mechanical properties will cause different effects. According to the process conditions of centrifugal casting liner, the author has initially explored the effect of carbon equivalent on product quality and proposed a more reasonable carbon equivalent for stable product quality.
