5月10日,参与《农药管理条例》修订的专家透露,“《农药管理条例》修改草案中取消了农药经营主体的限制,只要符合一定条件,个体户和企业均可参与市场竞争。”草案中所规定的准入条件除了要求具有相适应的营业场所、设备、仓储设施等外,还必须配备具有植物保护或农药知识的技术人员,并经县级以上地方人民政府主管部门考核合格。
