广西被纳入北部湾经济区中的一部分,对于整个广西和区内的每一个地方政府而言都是一个千载难逢的机会,这极大调动了各地方政府的积极性。但是由于资源的稀缺性,致使区内各地方政府为了自身利益选择非合作竞争行为。本文以利益为切入点,利用博弈论分析在利益影响下地方政府的非合作竞争行为,并提出了基于博弈论分析上的合作建议。
The inclusion of Guangxi as part of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for all local governments in Guangxi and in the region, greatly mobilizing the enthusiasm of local governments. However, due to the scarcity of resources, all the local governments in the region choose non-cooperative competition for their own benefit. In this paper, the interests of the starting point, the use of game theory under the influence of local government under the influence of non-cooperative competition, and proposed based on game theory analysis of cooperation proposals.
