Intel将于2011年执行其tick-tock策略,推出新架构的代号为sandy bridge服务器系统平台。该代架构中将会引入新的处理器架构,PCIE3.0、SATA3.0。在扩展性和性能方面与Thurley平台相比均有较大的提升。
Intel will implement its tick-tock strategy in 2011 with the new architecture codenamed the sandy bridge Server System Platform. The generation architecture will introduce a new processor architecture, PCIE3.0, SATA3.0. Compared with the Thurley platform in scalability and performance are greatly improved.
