研究切屑的卷曲直径和卷曲方向,对切屑处理非常重要。本文着眼于切屑宽度方向上的尺寸扩展值,主要研究车削时切屑的横向扩展值与各种卷曲状态的关系。讨论用二元切削的尺寸扩展值预测车削时的卷曲直径和卷曲方向。结果主要有:(1)用二元切削数值推测车削时的切屑尺寸扩展值;(2)用 Sideflow 值计算的卷曲直径与卷曲方向,和实验结果极其一致;(3)这种推测方法在改变切削条件(切削深度,进给量)和刀具参数(刀尖圆角半径)以后,所得结果也是适用的。
Studying the curl diameter and curl direction of the chips is very important for chip handling. This paper focuses on the size spread in the direction of the chip width and mainly studies the relationship between the lateral spread of chips and various curling conditions during turning. The discussion predicts the curl diameter and the direction of curl during turning with the binary extension value. The main results are as follows: (1) Estimating the chip size extension during turning with binary cutting values; (2) Calculating the curl diameter and curl direction with Sideflow values are in good agreement with the experimental results; (3) The results obtained after the cutting conditions (depth of cut, infeed) and the tool parameters (nose radius) are also valid.
