Objective To investigate the clinical significance of single photon emission computed (SPECT) renal dynamic imaging in monitoring the renal function of patients with cervical cancer. Methods SPECT and tracer 99mTcDTPA were used to evaluate the renal dynamic imaging in 30 control subjects and 158 patients with cervical cancer. , To understand the patient’s renal function. Results The glomerular filtration rate (GFR) decreased in 158 cases of cervical cancer patients, and the blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (Scr) were abnormal in some patients (47.8%). The GFR of patients with stage II and III of cervical cancer (longer chemotherapy) were significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was significant. Conclusion Chemotherapy of cervical cancer patients have different degrees of damage to renal function, and with chemotherapy time, SPECT renal dynamic imaging can early understand the renal function of patients with cervical cancer, in order to facilitate clinicians to understand and treat patients.
