珠江三角洲可谓是桩机“王国”,中山市注册桩机就达400多台。1989～1993年,仅中山市就发生桩机事故20起,死亡13人、受伤8人,其中倒架事故8起,坠落事故6起,钢丝绳系统故障3起,碰触高压线事故3起。从数字看,倒架和坠落占事故总数的70%,应引起我们的高度重视。一、倒架事故桩机是个细高架体,怎样防止桩架倒覆,中山市建委在每次培训班中必讲。如要求施工场地平整、实在,起、落桩架预先准备好配重,移动桩架或取下桩管前需先将桩架的底盘与行走管绑牢等。而有的单位施工人员不按安全要求施工操作,以致发生了事故。
