方法 采用热化学沉降脱水、掺稀释剂脱水及电法脱水对超稠油进行脱水试验研究。目的 解决超稠油脱水难题 ,提出超稠油脱水最佳工艺参数 ,以满足生产需要。结果 提出超稠油热化学沉降脱水最佳工艺参数为 :破乳剂为RS 2和LH 3,用量 30 0~ 5 0 0mg/L ,脱水温度 90~ 95℃ ,沉降时间大于 96h。结论 采用热化学沉降脱水方法可解决超稠油脱水难题 ,在上述工艺条件下 ,脱水后净化油含水可达到 3%以下 ,污水含油达到 2 0 0 0mg/L以下 ,满足了生产要求
Methods Dehydration experiments were carried out on the heavy oil by thermochemical sedimentation, dehydration with diluent and electric dehydration. Aim To solve the problem of dehydration of super heavy oil and to propose the best process parameters for dehydration of super heavy oil so as to meet the production needs. The results showed that the optimum parameters of thermo-chemical precipitation dehydration of ultra-heavy oil were as follows: the demulsifiers were RS 2 and LH 3, the dosage was 30 0 ~ 500 mg / L, the dehydration temperature was 90 ~ 95 ℃ and the sedimentation time was more than 96 h. Conclusions The thermochemical precipitation dehydration method can solve the problem of dehydration of super heavy oil. Under the above process conditions, the water content of the purified oil can reach below 3% after dehydration, and the oil content of the sewage reaches below 200 mg / L, meeting the production requirements
