以南昌市红谷滩新区滨水街道空间为调查研究对象,基于实地调研与问卷调查等,从空间、交通、尺度和行为四个方面展开数据采集与分析。总结出“收入低、通勤时间长、爱交往及追求环境空间”是滨水街道空间的四个基本特征,其街道尺度具有具有“宜人性、多样化和亲水性”的特点。笔者决定主要从滨水街道空间的规划设计原则和对国内外优秀的滨水区空间设计案例入手与红谷滩新区滨水空间进行纵向比较,对赣江两岸的滨水街道空间进行横向对比分析,通过合理的规划设计,提升红谷滩新区滨水街道空间环境。
Taking the waterfront street space of Honggutan New District of Nanchang as the research object, data collection and analysis were conducted from four aspects of space, traffic, scale and behavior based on the field survey and questionnaire survey. Summed up the “low income, long commute time, love and the pursuit of environmental space ” is the four basic characteristics of waterfront street space, the street scale has a “pleasant, diverse and hydrophilic ” features . I decided to mainly from the waterfront street planning and design principles and the excellent waterfront home and abroad to start with the case of Honggutan new waterfront area to start a longitudinal comparison of waterfront space on the Ganjiang River across the waterfront street landscape through a comparative analysis by Reasonable planning and design to enhance Hongkatan New District waterfront street space environment.
