与自然界产生的闪电不同,高强度电磁辐射是由人类活动造成的电磁环境问题,其频带宽(10千赫～40吉赫),作用时间长(与闪电的作用时间相比)。高强度电磁辐射、闪电与电磁兼容等电磁环境问题(统称 E3问题),已成为影响飞机安全的重要因素。因此,在飞机研制中,应采取措施对飞机的电子和电气系统进行保护,以免对飞行安全带来不利影响。
Unlike the lightning generated in nature, high-intensity electromagnetic radiation is a matter of electromagnetic environment caused by human activities. Its frequency band is wide (10 kHz to 40 GHz) and its action time is longer than that of lightning. Electromagnetic environment problems such as high-intensity electromagnetic radiation, lightning and electromagnetic compatibility (collectively referred to as E3 problems) have become important factors that affect the safety of aircraft. Therefore, in the development of aircraft, measures should be taken to protect the electronic and electrical systems of the aircraft so as not to adversely affect flight safety.
