绿色经济是以能耗低、污染小、排放少为基础的经济模式,是在全球气候变暖对人类生存和发展提出严峻挑战时的大背景下所提出的。西藏脆弱的生态环境和社会经济发展现状,注定了发展绿色经济具有重要的现实意义。文章通过对西藏社会经济运行特点及其发展规律进行探讨,提出了西藏发展绿色经济的若干对策与建议等。
Green economy is an economic model based on low energy consumption, low pollution and low emissions. It is put forward against the backdrop of the global climate warming posed a serious challenge to human survival and development. The fragile ecological environment in Tibet and the status quo of social and economic development are doomed to have an important practical significance in developing a green economy. Through the discussion of the characteristics and development of Tibet’s social and economic operation, the article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on Tibet’s green economy development.
