住房是人类生存和发展的必要物质条件,居住权是一项基本人权。在市场经济中,为社会成员尤其是中低收入群体提供基本的住房保障是国家或政府应尽的责任。经济法以社会利益为本位,追求实质公平和正义。以经济法视野和理念审视住房保障在我国经济和社会发展中的作用具有重要的理论和实际价值。
Housing is a necessary material condition for the survival and development of mankind, and residency is a basic human right. In a market economy, it is the responsibility of the state or the government to provide basic housing security for members of the society, especially the middle and low income groups. Economic law takes the social interests as its standard and pursues substantive justice and fairness. Examining the role of housing security in the economic and social development in our country from the perspective of economic law and its concept has important theoretical and practical values.
