固体化的扫频仪、频谱分析仪、微波网络自动分析仪、超外差微波接收机的心脏—ZYS1型2～4 GHzYIG调谐振荡器我所己研制定型,现可批量提供用户使用。经鉴定,该产品调谐范围宽,线性度好,体积小,重量轻,供电简单,寿命长,其主要技术指标接近近几年国际水平(如78年W—J公司1977年Sivers实验室生产的同类产品水平) ZYS1型2～4 GHz YIG调谐振荡器的技术参数如下:
