企业实行厂长负责制是企业经济体制的一项重大改革,涉及面此较广,影响也比较大。而青工又是企业生产的生力军,他们对厂长负责制的认识和心理趋向如何,直接触及到企业经济体制改革的进展。因此,对于青工在企业推行厂长责任制的过程中体现出的新思想、新特点,我们应该有所了解和掌握。针对这一问题,我们对纺织公司实行厂长负责制的四个企业的二百名青工进行了调查。
The implementation of factory director responsibility system is a major reform of the enterprise’s economic system, involving a wide range of this area, and the impact is relatively large. The young workers are the new force in the production of enterprises. Their understanding of the director responsibility system and their psychological tendency directly touch upon the progress of the reform of the economic structure of enterprises. Therefore, we should understand and grasp the new ideas and new features that young workers embody in carrying out the responsibility system of the factory director. In response to this question, we conducted a survey of 200 young workers from four enterprises operating under the responsibility of director of the textile company.
