消化内镜自20世纪70年代进入中国,早期采用流动水洗、酒精擦拭以及水桶法清洗消毒(以下简称洗消)。当时认为消化道并非无菌地带,这种洗消方法基本不会造成交叉感染问题。随着内镜检查量的日渐增多,人们发现活检有可能造成传染。
