目的:研究辣椒素(CAP)对大鼠面部皮肤一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经的影响,探讨CAP治疗三叉神经的镇痛机制。方法:把CAP配成30mM浓度溶液备用,按用量分成4组(A组20μl、B组30μl、C组50μl和D组100μl),分别皮下注射处理大鼠三叉神经眶下支,24h取材,切片,免疫组化染色,镜检,计算机图像分析。结果:经方差分析,各组之间比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:CAP对大鼠面部皮肤NOS有明显的影响,NOS参与口面部的痛与镇痛。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of capsaicin (CAP) on the nitric oxide synthase (NOS) positive neurons in the facial skin of rats and explore the mechanism of CAP in the treatment of trigeminal nerve. Methods: CAP was made into 30 mM solution and divided into four groups (20 μl in group A, 30 μl in group B, 50 μl in group C, and 100 μl in group D). The subfornical branch of trigeminal nerve was treated with subcutaneous injection in rats and 24 hours. , Immunohistochemical staining, microscopy, computer image analysis. Results: After analysis of variance, there was a significant difference between the groups (P<0.01). Conclusion: CAP has a significant effect on NOS in rat facial skin, and NOS is involved in oral pain and analgesia.
