作者用缓慢静脉输注长春花生物碱治疗一组难治的特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)。 24例难治性ITP,男11、女13例,年龄15～79(平均48)岁,病程0.5～18(平均6.5)年。其中20例已施脾切除、10例用过环磷酰胺、9例用过硫唑嘌呤、4例用过血浆除去法、18例按常规方法静注长春花生物碱、13例用载有长春花生物碱的血小板治疗,
The authors treated a group of refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) with slow intravenous infusion of vinca alkaloids. Twenty-four patients with refractory ITP, 11 males and 13 females, aged from 15 to 79 (average 48) years old, had a duration of 0.5 to 18 (mean, 6.5 years). Among them, 20 cases had splenectomy, 10 cases were treated with cyclophosphamide, 9 cases were treated with azathioprine, 4 cases were used plasma elimination method, 18 cases were treated by routine method, vinca gentamicin, 13 cases contained Changchun Flower alkaloid platelet therapy,
