本文对1983~1986年铁合金作业人员恶性肿瘤死亡情况进行了回顾性队列调查,进入队列人员共3,141人,计21,985人年,总死亡127人,其中死于恶性肿瘤45人。失访16人,失访率为0.52％。恶性肿瘤诊断符合Ⅰ、Ⅱ级占0.978,Ⅲ级占0.022。对照组进入队列人员共2,885人,计20,194人年,总死亡74人,其中死于恶性肿瘤25人。失访17人,失访率0.58％。恶性肿瘤
A retrospective cohort study was conducted on the deaths of malignant tumors in ferroalloy workers from 1983 to 1986. A total of 3,141 people were enrolled in the cohort, accounting for 21,985 people, with a total of 127 deaths, of which 45 were malignant tumors. Lost 16 people, the loss rate was 0.52%. The diagnosis of malignant tumors in line with Ⅰ, Ⅱ grade accounted for 0.978, Ⅲ grade accounted for 0.022.
