高校心理健康教育工作的理念与实践随着社会发展在不断变化与更新。积极心理学的兴起,为高校心理健康教育工作理念的重新塑造提供了理论参考。围绕积极心理学的观点,高校心理健康教育工作需要在宏观和微观层面进行探索,在实践层面找到与积极心理学的最佳契合点,以不断推进提高高校心理健康教育工作的实效性。
The concept and practice of mental health education in colleges and universities are constantly changing and renewing with the development of society. The rise of positive psychology provides a theoretical reference for reforming the concept of mental health education in colleges and universities. From the perspective of positive psychology, mental health education in colleges and universities needs to be explored at the macro and micro levels, and at the practical level, the best fit with positive psychology should be found so as to push forward the effectiveness of mental health education in colleges and universities.
