利用体外培养的乳鼠心肌细胞 ,观察到金丝桃苷 12 5 μg/mL对阿霉素所致的心肌细胞损伤有保护作用 ;5 0、12 5 μg/mL对丝裂霉素所致的心肌细胞损伤有保护作用 ;5 0 μg/mL对缺血缺糖所致的心肌细胞损伤有保护作用 ;5 0、12 5 μg/mL对缺氧再给氧所致的心肌细胞损伤有保护作用
In vitro cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes were observed to have a protective effect of hyperoside 125 μg/mL on doxorubicin-induced cardiomyocyte injury; 50 and 125 μg/mL were caused by mitomycin. Myocardial cell damage has a protective effect; 50 μg/mL protects cardiomyocytes from ischemia and glucose deprivation; 50 and 125 μg/mL protects cardiomyocytes from hypoxia and reoxygenation.
