采用三维8节点等参非协调单元离散叶片和轮盘,建立了双列复速级轮系振动的有限元计算模型。运用接触罚单元方法处理了叶片和叶轮的连接及叶根支承柔度问题。依据上述有限元模型编制了双列复速级轮系的三维网格剖分程序和轮系振动特性有限元计算程序。通过对实例的计算分析,并与实测值比较吻合良好
The finite element model of double-row speed-increasing gear train vibration was established by using three-dimensional 8-node isoparametric discrete blade and disk. The contact penalty unit method was used to deal with the connection between blade and impeller and the flexibility of blade root support. Based on the above finite element model, a 3D meshing program and finite element program of vibration characteristics of double-row gearboxes were developed. Through the calculation and analysis of the examples, it is in good agreement with the measured values
