新课程要求营造轻松愉悦的课堂,让学生以主动、积极的状态投入学习。但对于学生,特别是低段学生,他们的课堂常规还没有很好的养成,于是老师们经常是顾得了愉悦,管不了纪律;管好了纪律,又约束了学生,课堂变得死气沉沉,枯燥乏味。如何让学生既轻松愉悦又循规蹈矩的进入音乐课堂,该动则动,该静则静,是我们音乐老师该研究的一大课题,从师爱、激趣、反思、激励四个方面来阐述这一课题的一些粗浅看法。
