笔者用加镁极化液冶疗慢性重症肺心病23例,诊断符合1977年全国肺心病标准,确诊6～18年,其中男14例,女9例。年龄45～72岁。均有轻重不等的肺瘀血或/和肺水肿征及体循环瘀血征。15例伴有哮喘。伴频发房早3例,房颤1例,并发洋地黄中毒室早2例,Ⅱ°A-VB 2例。血钾治疗前>3.5mmol/L 及3～3.4mmol/L 各10例,2～2.9mmol/L 3例。血镁测定>0.9mmol/L 8例,0.6～0.8mmol/L 2例。病人经休息、低流量持续吸氧、限盐、利尿剂、激素、小剂量洋地黄应用,抗感染及改善呼吸等常规治疗无
