调速器作为自动控制最重要的设备之一,直接关系着电站的综合自动化程度。柴河电站运行30年来一直使用机械液压调速器,而机械调速器在运行中的弊端日益凸显,故障不断增多。本文根据柴河电站实际情况,分析了原机械调速器存在的缺陷和不足,并对水轮机调速器的改造情况作了介绍。
Governor as one of the most important automatic control equipment, is directly related to the degree of automation of the power station. Chaihe Hydropower Station has been using mechanical and hydraulic governors for 30 years. However, the disadvantages of mechanical governor have become increasingly prominent in operation, and the number of faults has been continuously increasing. Based on the actual situation of Chaihe Power Station, this paper analyzes the defects and shortcomings of the original mechanical governor, and introduces the reconstruction of hydraulic turbine governor.
