熊猫型保偏光纤(PANDA PMF)由于性能优越而得到广泛应用,但其光纤预制棒预应力深孔的加工一直是光纤生产过程中的难点.为避免传统预应力孔加工方式中的缺陷,本文采用自行研制的加工装置进行非接触式旋转超声加工,并进行了对比实验.共设计了3组光纤预制棒的深孔加工实验,得到了较优的加工方案,最终实现了直径8.3 mm、深度250 mm的预应力深孔加工.
PANDA PMF has been widely used due to its superior performance, but its processing of prestressed optical fiber preform deep hole has been a difficult point in the optical fiber production process.To avoid the defects in the traditional prestressing hole processing method, Non-contact rotary ultrasonic machining was carried out by using self-developed processing equipment, and comparative experiments were carried out.A total of 3 deep-hole processing experiments were designed, and the optimal machining scheme was obtained.After that, 250 mm prestressed deep hole machining.
