改革开放后,我国社会经济不断的发展,特别是进入电子时代后,经济的发展速度更是达到了前所未有的程度,这也就意味着人们生产生活的用电需求在不断提升,使得电力企业得到了蓬勃的发展,其中抄核收更是对电力企业具有重要的意义,因为抄核收是保证电力企业正常运转的基础,也是电力企业的经济效益。我国电力企业采用的是先用电后收费的收费方法,我国的电力企业先对居民和企业供电,然后根据用电统计的数据进行收取电费,也就是说,要先进行抄表,然后核算出具体的使用费用,从而进行收费,这使得电力企业的管理变得非常复杂,是电力企业管理系统中的一个隐患。本文针对我国目前供电企业电费抄核收管理情况中存在的一些问题,提出一些建议。

In this paper, some problems existing in the management of electricity bill copy and collection in China’s current power supply enterprises are pointed out and some suggestions are put forward.
