用ＥＳＲ波谱仪测定了室温下氮离子注入核糖霉素产生菌、卡那霉素产生菌和卡那霉素抗株产生菌所引起的自由基．实验结果表明：氮离子注入上述三种菌种能产生大量的自由基。自由基产额随注入剂量的增加而增加。菌种死亡率随自由基产额的增加而上升。
ESR spectroscopy was used to determine the free radicals induced by nitrogen ion implantation of ribavirin-producing bacteria, kanamycin-producing bacteria and kanamycin-producing bacteria at room temperature. The experimental results show that: Nitrogen ions into the above three species can produce a large number of free radicals. Free radical yield increased with increasing dose. Species mortality increased with the increase of free radical production.
