在教学完成考证教育、就业教育和法治教育这三个目标的指引下,通过进行教学内容的优化设计,可以将高职院校财经类专业法律课程教学过程中涉及到的法律知识进行整合,组成统一的整体,实现体系化,同时根据教学需要和学生培养的相关程度对内容详略程度、课程安排、考核方式设计等方面都作相配套的进一步优化,从而通过法律课程教学内容的优化设计。
