随着现代科学技术的不断进步,网络交易这个词汇也越来越频繁的出现在人们的生活中,网络交易的次数也在不断的增加,但是由于网络技术等许多问题的干扰,网络交易在安全度与可靠度等方面还有待提高。如何保证网络交易的安全性,是目前我国的民商法亟待解决的主要问题。本文笔者将针对网络交易安全与民商法保护的问题进行相关的分析,首先从网络交易的形式进行了简述,然后对网络交易的安全现状进行了分析,最后是民商法对于保证网络交易安全的相关措施。
