目的:研究栀子苷溶液的鼻黏膜吸收规律。方法:以大鼠在体鼻循环法为实验模型,考察在不同循环液的体积、流速、药物浓度等条件下栀子苷溶液的鼻黏膜吸收规律。结果:栀子苷在鼻黏膜洗出液中稳定性良好,当循环液体积为5 mL,流速2.5 mL.min-1时栀子苷溶液鼻黏膜吸收速率常数不随药物浓度发生变化。结论:栀子苷溶液鼻黏膜吸收机制为被动扩散,吸收符合一级动力学特点,吸收速率常数K为4.20×10-3。
Objective: To study the nasal mucosa absorption of gardenoside solution. METHODS: Rat nasal circulation was used as an experimental model to investigate the absorption of geniposide in different nasal mucosa under different circulating fluid volumes, flow rates, and drug concentrations. RESULTS: Geniposide has good stability in the nasal mucosa eluate. When the circulating fluid volume was 5 mL and the flow rate was 2.5 mL.min-1, the nasal mucosa absorption rate constant of geniposide solution did not change with the drug concentration. Conclusion: The absorption mechanism of geniposide nasal mucosa is passive diffusion, and the absorption accords with the first-order kinetics. The absorption rate constant K is 4.20×10-3.
