正常人的心律是由窦房结的自动性节律所决定的。同时受到交感和副交感神经(迷走神经)等的影响。笔者等选择没有明显心脏疾病的室性期前收缩(VPC)的病例54人作为对象,通过心率和VPC的1天之内变化和运动负荷,采用Holter式心电图仪及踏车负荷试验来研究加龄对VPC的种种影响。就心率而言,成年组(40~50岁),老年组(60岁以上)比青年组白天清醒时较慢,而夜间睡眠后日间的心率随着年龄的增加而减少。心率的减少度与加龄之间在统计学上表现出有意义的逆相关(r=-0.442,P<0.01)。
