陕西省人民政府令第198号《陕西省公路隧道安全保护办法》已经省政府2017年第2次常务会议通过,现予公布,自2017年4月1日起施行。省长:胡和平2017年2月28日第一条为了确保公路隧道的安全、完好和畅通,有效处置突发事件,根据有关法律法规,结合本省实际,制定本办法。第二条公路隧道安全保护工作应当坚持政府领导、属地管理,部门联动、责权一致,预防为主、安全高效的原则。第三条县级以上人民政府应当加强对公路隧道安全保护工作的领导,支持、督促有关部门和单位
Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government Order No. 198 “Measures for the Protection of Highway Tunnels in Shaanxi Province” was passed at the second executive meeting of the provincial government in 2017 and is hereby promulgated and will enter into force on April 1, 2017. Governor: Hu Heping February 28, 2017 Article 1 In order to ensure the safety, integrity and smoothness of highway tunnels and effectively handle unexpected incidents, the present Measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations and in the light of the actual conditions of the province. The second highway tunnel security protection should adhere to the government leadership, territorial management, departmental linkage, the same responsibility and authority, prevention, safety and efficiency of the principle. Article 3 The people’s government at or above the county level shall strengthen leadership over the work of road tunnel safety protection, support and urge relevant departments and units
