各级新闻报刊反映“基层单位一线工人读报难、时常看不到报纸”,已是一个屡见不鲜的话题了。可是笔者这次在祁东洪城水泥公司采访时感触颇多。公司总经理唐儒东非常注重职工读、用报纸工作。在一线采访了解到唐总经理很善于利用报纸搞活经营机制。他经常借鉴《工人日报》、《中国建材报》、《人民日报》等全国各行各业的改革改制的好经验。把昔日面临破产、包袱沉重的企业创建成如今在湘南地区经济效益好、营销日益红火、年产水泥产品30万吨、税金100多万元的水泥建材企业。
